WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All orders ship from Australia.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 8–16 business days
Australia: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your
order has shipped. International orders may take
longer during customs processing.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard shipping on all orders.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, all applicable duties and
import taxes are calculated and collected at
checkout. You will not be charged any additional
fees when your parcel is delivered.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation
email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48
hours for tracking information to update.

DELAYS
Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues
or customs processing. If your order is significantly
delayed, contact us at support@celorapatches.com and
we'll help track it down or arrange a refund. This
does not affect your rights under applicable
consumer law.
