Simple, tracked shipping from checkout to your doorstep.

We want receiving your Celora order to feel as straightforward as using it. Below you’ll find important information about order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery issues, and customer responsibilities.

1. standard shipping rates

For orders shipped within the United States, Tracked Standard Shipping is $2.99 for orders under $59.99.

Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free Tracked Standard Shipping.

Shipping rates for other destinations, where available, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any additional or expedited shipping options, if available, will also be shown at checkout. Free standard shipping does not include optional expedited services or charges imposed by third parties that are not included in the shipping option shown at checkout.

2. order processing

After your order is placed, it enters our processing and fulfillment system.

Please allow approximately 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order processing time is separate from estimated transit or delivery time.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, product launches, promotional periods, or unusually high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Processing and fulfillment estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by inventory, fraud or payment review, address verification, fulfillment capacity, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. delivery times

For orders shipped within the United States, Tracked Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 1–6 business days after the order has been shipped.

This transit time is in addition to the approximately 2-business-day order processing period described above.

Based on our standard processing and transit estimates, U.S. orders may typically arrive approximately 3–8 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, service level, and other factors outside our direct control.

For destinations outside the United States, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Estimated processing, transit, and delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, customs or border processing where applicable, and other unexpected circumstances may affect delivery.

4. tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow the progress of your package. Please allow reasonable time after shipment for the carrier to scan your package and update tracking information.

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us at support@celorapatches.com with your order number and tracking number.

5. need to change your shipping address?

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or phone number after placing your order, contact support@celorapatches.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing the order.

Please include:

Order Number
Email Address Used for the Order
Correct Shipping Address or Phone Number

Where the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to correct the information. Address or contact-detail changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Celora is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. shipping delays

Most orders arrive without issue, but carrier or transportation delays can occasionally occur.

Delays may be caused by:

Severe weather
Public holidays
High carrier or seasonal volumes
Transportation disruptions
Customs or border processing where applicable
Local delivery conditions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain transit delays may be outside Celora’s direct control. A delay alone does not automatically mean that a shipment is lost or that a refund is due.

We will reasonably assist with tracking and carrier inquiries where appropriate.

7. package marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first:

Check around your front door, mailbox, porch, building entrance, parcel locker, or other delivery areas
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception
Check whether the carrier left a delivery notice or delivery photograph
Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details
Allow a short period of time, as some carriers may mark a package delivered shortly before final handoff

If you still cannot locate the package, email support@celorapatches.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation, provide additional delivery information, or confirm that the shipping address supplied at checkout was correct.

A carrier scan showing delivery does not automatically require Celora to issue an immediate refund or replacement. We will review the circumstances, available carrier information, delivery evidence, and any rights that apply under applicable law before determining the appropriate resolution.

8. lost or missing packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit or tracking has stopped updating for an unusually long period, please contact us.

Include your:

Order Number
Tracking Number
Shipping Address

We may need to review the shipment with the carrier before determining the appropriate next step. A shipment that is delayed or temporarily without tracking updates is not automatically considered lost.

Where a carrier confirms that a shipment was lost before delivery, Celora will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances of the order and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. returned to sender

Packages may occasionally be returned to us because of:

An incorrect or incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
An unclaimed package
Refusal of delivery
Carrier restrictions
Other delivery issues

If your order is returned to sender, contact support@celorapatches.com.

If the return was caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, any reshipment may require payment of the new shipping cost before the order is sent again.

If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, any eligible refund will be reviewed under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Original shipping charges and shipping costs actually incurred in fulfilling the order, where applicable and permitted by law, may be non-refundable.

If the package was returned because of an error by Celora, we will correct the issue without charging the customer additional shipping costs.

10. multiple packages

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately.

If your shipping confirmation contains more than one tracking number, your order may have been divided into multiple shipments. Please review all tracking information before contacting us about a missing item.

11. shipping information & customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please make sure apartment numbers, unit numbers, postal codes, telephone numbers, and other required delivery details are entered correctly.

Celora cannot guarantee recovery, rerouting, replacement, or refund of a shipment where the carrier delivered or attempted delivery using the information supplied with the order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
