FAQ

Questions? We’ve got you.

From application and storage to everyday use, here are answers to some of the most common questions about Celora patches.

using your patches

Where should I apply the patch?

Apply your patch to clean, completely dry, relatively hair-free skin.

Good application areas include the upper arm, shoulder, inner forearm, or lower back.

Choose an area that feels comfortable and is less likely to experience constant rubbing from tight clothing.

How do I apply a Celora patch?

Gently peel one patch from the backing sheet and place it onto clean, dry skin.

Press firmly across the entire patch, especially around the edges, to help it sit securely against your skin.

For more detailed instructions, visit our How to Use page.

How often should I use a patch?

Follow the directions provided with your specific Celora product.

Different formulas may have different recommended-use instructions, so always check the product packaging before use.

How long should I wear my patch?

Wear your patch according to the directions provided on the packaging of your specific Celora product.

We recommend following the stated wear time rather than leaving the patch on longer than directed.

Can I reuse a patch?

No.

Each Celora patch is designed for single use only. Once removed, discard the patch and use a fresh one for your next application.

Can I shower, swim, or exercise while wearing my patch?

Moisture, sweat, friction, and prolonged exposure to water may affect how securely the patch stays in place.

For the best fit, apply the patch to completely dry skin and avoid unnecessary rubbing or prolonged water exposure while wearing it.

If the patch becomes loose or no longer adheres securely, remove it rather than repeatedly repositioning it.

getting the best fit

Should I use the same spot every day?

We recommend rotating application areas regularly.

Using a slightly different placement each time can help give the previous area of skin a break.

Can I apply lotion or body oil before using the patch?

For the best adhesion, apply your patch to clean, completely dry skin before using lotions, creams, oils, or body products on that area.

These products may make it more difficult for the patch to stay securely in place.

What should I avoid when choosing an application area?

Avoid placing the patch over:

  • Broken or irritated skin
  • Sunburned skin
  • Areas with heavy body hair
  • Skin folds
  • Areas that experience constant rubbing from clothing
  • Skin covered in lotion, oil, cream, or other body products

A smooth, clean, dry area usually provides the best fit.

What if the edges start to lift?

Gently press the edges back down.

If the patch has lifted significantly, become uncomfortable, or no longer stays securely in place, remove it rather than repeatedly repositioning it.

skin & care

What if the patch irritates my skin?

Remove the patch and discontinue use on that area.

Do not apply Celora patches to broken, damaged, sunburned, or already irritated skin.

Mild temporary redness can sometimes occur with products that remain in contact with the skin. However, if irritation is persistent, significant, painful, or concerning, discontinue use and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Can I place a new patch in exactly the same spot?

We recommend choosing a different application area rather than repeatedly applying patches to exactly the same spot.

Rotating placement helps give previously used areas of skin a break.

storage & product care

How should I store my patches?

Keep your Celora patches in their original pouch and keep the pouch properly closed when not in use.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.

Should I remove the patch from its packaging ahead of time?

No.

Keep each patch on its backing sheet until you are ready to apply it.

Once removed from the backing, the adhesive surface may be exposed to air, dust, moisture, or other contaminants, which may affect how well the patch adheres.

about celora patches

Can I use more than one patch at a time?

Use each Celora product only as directed and do not exceed the recommended amount shown on the product packaging.

If you are using more than one Celora formula, follow the directions provided with each individual product rather than applying additional patches beyond the recommended use.

If you are unsure which routine is appropriate for you, please contact us before use.

Are all Celora patches used the same way?

The basic application process is similar:

Peel. Apply. Wear. Remove.

However, individual formulas may have different directions, recommended-use schedules, or wear times, so always follow the instructions provided with the specific product you are using.

Can I use Celora patches if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, we recommend speaking with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using Celora patches.
