Providing these details helps us locate your order and assist you more quickly.

shipping & delivery

Need help with tracking, a delayed shipment, or a delivery issue?

Once tracking information has been added, you can view your tracking number and available updates through your Shopify order status page.

If you need assistance, please send us your order number, tracking number where available, and a brief description of the issue.

If your package is marked Delivered but you cannot find it, check around your delivery area and with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the shipping carrier.

A delivery scan or gap in tracking updates does not automatically mean a package is lost. We may need to review the shipment with the carrier before determining an appropriate resolution.

returns & refunds

Have a question about our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, return eligibility, or an existing return request?

Please email us with your order number and a brief description of your request.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

Returns are subject to the eligibility, trial, unopened-product, authorization, shipping, handling-fee, and promotional-order conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return or refund has been approved.

need to change your order?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, apartment number, postal code, or telephone number, contact support@celorapatches.com as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. Include your order number, checkout email, and the corrected details.

Where the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins, even within this recommended 2-hour window.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where required by applicable law or where Celora cancels an order. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions: You may cancel future renewals before the next payment is processed through your account or subscription portal, where available, or by contacting support. Once a renewal payment has been processed, the renewal order cannot be cancelled solely because the subscription was cancelled after billing. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
